01 What data
- name;
- phone number (for calls or WhatsApp) or Telegram username;
- information about my business and task that I entered in the form.
02 Purpose
Handling my form submission: contacting me to consult, prepare an offer and conclude a service contract.
03 Actions with the data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed (automated and non-automated), with transmission over the internet.
04 Storage and delivery of submissions
Personal data is recorded and stored in a database on a server of the hosting provider Timeweb Cloud located in the Russian Federation; backups are also stored in the Russian Federation. Once recorded, a copy of the submission is sent to the Operator’s authorized staff via the Telegram messenger so they can handle it promptly.
05 Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until I withdraw it, and no longer than the retention period: data from a submission is kept for at most 6 months from the date it was sent and is then destroyed. I can withdraw it at any time by emailing the Operator at kaskit.tech@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent”. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my data within the time limits set by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, unless the law provides otherwise.
